Kickboxing Classes
Did you know we also run kick-boxing classes? Run by our good friend; Instructor Martin (Marty) Thomas, these classes are very popular and have a wide range of students in terms of age, fitness level and ability. The classes are for both men and women.
In Marty's own words...
KICKBOXING CLASS
This class teaches the use of punching, elbow, knee , & kicking techniques. The lesson begins with a warm up, then it is on to some strength and conditioning training . Skipping, medicine balls, body weight exercises, plyometric training, agility drills and circuits are just some of the methods used to increase anaerobic and functional fitness. The main lesson comprises of shadow sparring, solo drills, partner drills , pad work and bag work. The lesson finishes with a cool down.

All levels are catered for in the one class, structured to suit everyone, in a professional, non-intimidating and supportive enviroment. We want you to enjoy training, we also want you to reach your full potential and get as much out of your time with us as possible.
FIGHTER TRAINING
Please note, fighter training is by invitation only. Advanced techniques, contact drills, clinching and sparring are involved in the classes.
Opportunities to fight in full contact karate tournaments and kickboxing shows are available for those that make the grade.
